Community Amenities

The Laurels Apartments sit on 30 acres of carefully planned and manicured grounds. This gated community features a clubhouse, cabana-style pool, two tennis courts and a basketball court. For those who don’t want to deal with the hassle of parking on campus or driving around town, the Laurels is conveniently located on an RTS bus stop. In addition to these amenities, you will also find:

• 24-hour fitness center
• Sand volleyball court
• Free tanning
• Outdoor grill space next to the pool
• Onsite car wash
• Coffee bar
• Game room
• Computer lab
• Wi-Fi Access in some common area.
• Ample parking

Located just south of Archer Road, living at the Laurels means you are close to food, everyday conveniences, shopping and more. This area has taken a major overhaul in recent years and continues to grow as the expansion of Butler Plaza and Butler Town Center continues to take shape. This area of town is home to many chain restaurants such as Chili’s, Outback and Tijuana Flats as well as a few local spots such as Bangkok Square and Embers Prime Steaks.

You will also find both Publix and Trader Joes for all your grocery needs and big box stores such as Target and Wal-Mart within a one-mile radius of one another. There is a price however, for having so many great options in one place, and here, that comes in the form of traffic. Combined with the 1-75 ramp also just around the corner, this area can become congested at peak hours. It will become no problem however, as you learn to navigate those times and plan accordingly.

The Laurels Apartments aren’t just people-friendly; they are pet-friendly too! And with over 30 acres of community, you’ll have plenty of space to take Fido for a walk. There are no breed or size restrictions for pets, and all dogs big and small are welcome!
