Crane Ramen is Gainesville’s first crane ramen restaurant, serving slow food, fast! The meat, eggs, and poultry are local whenever possible, and most of the veggies come from farms located within 100 miles of the restaurant. All of the food is scratch-made, and the stocks run 24 hours a day.
