Park Avenue Apartments is located on the corner of NW 39th Avenue and NW 83rd Street. Residents can avoid traffic and zip over to the new Butler Plaza shops and restaurants or the West Oaks Mall via I-75 South in about 10-15 minutes.

Park Avenue is also a paperless community, which means all applications, leasing, files are done electronically to keep everything digitally organized and save paper.
Park Avenue is extraordinarily pet friendly! This community does not have any weight limits, and their team loves both small and large dogs. When we stopped by, we noticed that there were dog treats available in the office for residents who bring their pets in for a visit. Residents with pets also enjoy the Paw Park with agility course and nearby Dog Wash Station, so they can clean their pup up after running around at the park. There are also plenty of pet cleanup stations around the property and a community Doggy DNA program to help keep the community clean and clear of doggie debris.
